Winger Marika Koroibete, loose forward Pete Samu and hooker Brandon Paenga-Amosa have been called up in the Australia-New Zealand invitational 15 for the tour match against the British & Irish Lions.

The former Wallabies trio are the first Australians named in Les Kiss's team for the July 12 game at the Adelaide Oval.

They join previously announced former All Blacks representatives Shannon Frizell, David Havili, Ngani Laumape, Shaun Stevenson and Folau Fakatava.

Blues prop Joshua Fusitu'a was also included in the initial New Zealand contingent.

Future Wallabies coach Kiss is leading the first combined Australia-New Zealand team since 1989 in the Lions' final match before the test series against the Wallabies starts in Brisbane on July 19.

The Lions thrashed Kiss's Reds 52-12 at Lang Park in Brisbane on Wednesday after opening their Australian tour with a 54-7 win over the Western Force in Perth last Saturday.
